Meet Our Team

Bob
President & CFO
Oversee the finances, taxes, legal matters, and capital spending. I have been involved with Sonshine from the beginning, when my wife, Donna, started it in 1982. I became full time in 1995. I have enjoyed working with the great people who have worked with us and customers we have had over the years.

Ryan
Vice President of Sales & Customer Service
Ryan oversees the sales component for the company. He strives to develop strong relationships throughout the Dayton area. Ryan has worked for Sonshine Commercial Cleaning since January of 2008 and has helped grow the company to what it is today.
In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his family and coaching soccer.

Phil
Vice President of Operations
Phil strives to influence the efficiency, quality and profitability of Sonshine’s operations. His goal is to help establish procedures and structures that create scalable growth potential, so we can better serve the Dayton area while providing an exceptional culture for our employees.
Phil is the youngest Master Sommelier to be certified in the state of Ohio, if you have any questions about wine pairings he will be happy to make a recommendation.

Office Manager

Rachel
Human Resources Manager
Rachel leads the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes for Sonshine. She has a passion for learning the stories of every individual who comes through our doors. Her main goal is to hire with the intent of finding positions where people love what they do.
Rachel is a former collegiate soccer player who still enjoys playing and staying active with Crossfit. She’s proficient in Spanish, enjoys hiking, and spending time with her church community.

Jen
Operations Manager over the Northern Territory
Jen strives to make great connections and build relationships with her employees and clients, makes sure buildings are cleaned to perfection and makes sure day- to day operations run smoothly. She became a full time manager in 2018.
In Jen’s free time, she enjoys making candles, watching her children play sports, and keeping up with her flower garden.

Brittany
Operations Assistant
Brittany assists and supports the managers with special tasks when needed. She has a lot of knowledge and experience, as she holds a degree in Hospitality Management Tourism and lodging, and is a certified travel agent. Brittany has a good understanding of the accounts, and knows the importance of building relationships.
In her spare time she likes to travel, read and spend time with her family.
